- We deliver your mosaic orders worldwide to reach your doorstep via DHL or UPS Worldwide Express and it takes 4 days to arrive to your address. We will ship your orders from one of our production art factories in Venice, Istanbul, Beirut or our warehouse in California.
For custom orders and orders of mosaics that are not in stock . Since all our mosaics are hand cut on request Please allow 10 to 20 days for production.

- Your informations registered with us will never shared any third party companies or persons.
- Returns
- We are here for your satisfaction and Returns are accepted 7 days after you got your mosaics, Buyer pays for returns. Refund will be given and 20% handling and transaction fee will be deducted from total amount.
- Ordering
- If you have any difficulties to order your selection or if you have any other designs, patterns, sizes and want to turn them in mosaics please contact us and our customer service will help you for pricing,
- Please, do not forget that, we can do any designs, photos, faces, patterns, pictures, numbers, texts in mosaics, just contact to our customer service and ask pricing and delivery times.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Payment are accepted by Bank Wire Transfer (please, contact for our bank details), Paypal or Vestern Union. If you join to our members you will have informational emails about our time by time promotions.
- Viewing Orders
- You can check and track your order situation by entering to your account. We will give you tracking number when your order finished and shipped by DHL or UPS.
- Updating Account Information
